Gold can be used to purchase things from the Marketplace. You can also use Gold to purchase things from other players using the Trade Forum. You have to pay Gold to your liege in taxes -- the percentage demanded, plus how much gold you have can be found on our Ledgers. If you're the overlord of a city, you will benefit from its micro-economy and generate some gold weekly -- this is shown in our ledgers as a City Bonus.

Stone can be used to build things in the Marketplace. You can also trade/sell Stone for other things from other players using the Trade Forum. If you live in a mountainous region, you will benefit from a good weekly production of Stone. It is possible to build a Mining Settlement, which will actively increase the amount of Stone you generate. How much Stone you have and how much you produce weekly can be found on our Ledgers.

Lumber can be used to build things in the Marketplace. You can also trade/sell Lumber for other things from other players using the Trade Forum. If you live in a forestrial region, you will benefit from a good weekly production of Lumber. It is possible to build a Woodland Settlement, which will actively increase the amount of Lumber you generate. How much Lumber you have and how much you produce weekly can be found on our Ledgers.

Food is used to feed your people. You can trade/sell Food to other players using the Trade Forum. If you live in a fertile or coastal (fishing) region, you will benefit from a good weekly production of Food. It is possible to build a Farming Settlement, which will actively increase the amount of Food you generate. How much Food you have and how much you produce weekly can be found on our Ledgers. It is crucial to remember that Food supplies automatically fall by 4,000 every OOC week, as if your population has consumed them. A depleted food store will result in the extinction of that House and its men within 3 OOC days.

Taxes are Gold which is automatically transferred to your liege every OOC month. Vassal's pay tax to their Lord Paramount / Warden, then they pay a share to the Crown. The default percentage for all tax is 20% of your inventory's Gold. It is possible for liege-lords to change the tax percentage of their vassals, either by increasing or decreasing -- it is possible for the Crown to do that same. How much percentage you pay in tax monthly can be found on our Ledgers.

If you are the overlord of a city, you will benefit from a City Bonus. These bonuses are ranked from 1 - 5. A bonus of 1 will earn you an extra 10,000 Gold each week, and a bonus of 5 will earn you an extra 50,000 Gold each week. Your City Bonus, if applicable, can be found on our Ledgers.

It is possible to build settlements that will increase the production of your resources. There are three types: Mining, Woodland and Farming. Mining will help produce more Stone. Woodland will help produce more Lumber. Farming will produce more Food. You can view the costs of setting up these settlements in the Marketplace. You can view how much of each settlement you have by viewing our Ledgers. Islands cannot support any Woodland Settlements.

Your inventory shows how much you currently possess. This is adjusted every week by staff, taking into account your sales, trades, consumptions, etc. Your generator shows how much of everything you generate each week. Staff are also responsible for adjusting this weekly and updating your inventory accordingly. Both inventory and generator can be found on our Ledgers.

It is possible to trade your resources with other players. You simply post in the Trade Forum using the template provided. The roleplay of this trade can either take place on the client, or you can quite simply post a trade as a request, whereby the recipient must validate your request.

You cannot roleplay the trade of other House's. Liege lords do not have access to the resources of their vassals. You cannot trade with NPC House's, only those operated by RPC's.

For the time being, there is only one type of ship that comes into play in our roleplay -- the galley. Galley's are primarily ships used in warfare by House's and their armies. There are other ships, like longboats, merchant ships, etc -- but those aren't a part of any of our systems. It is possible to build more galleys, see the Marketplace. To see how many galleys you have, checkout the Ledgers. In order to have ships/galleys, you must first have a port of some kind. If you are an inland House this is impossible, but if you're a coastal House without a port, it is possible to build one in the Marketplace.
